THE NORTH AND SOUTH NODES OF THE MOON: INTERPRETATIONS
To read an interpretation of the nodes of the Moon in a birth chart, click on the appropriate symbol below, based on the sign and house position of the North Node. For example, if your North Node lies in Aries in the 11th house, then find the symbol that lies in the row that is labeled "AR" (for Aries) and in the row that is labeled "11" (for the 11th house).
NOTES:
If you happen to have a free copy of your birth chart from www.astro.com, it displays the North Node as "True Node."
The North Node lies in the opposite sign and house from the South Node, which is often not displayed in birth charts. For example, if your North Node lies in Aries in the 11th house, then your South Node lies in Libra (the sign that is directly opposite Aries) in the 5th house (the house that is directly opposite the 11th house).
